Detroit Film Critics awarded their best picture prize to Spike Jonze's latest, "Her". The movie also got supporting actress prize for the voice performance of Scarlett Johansson. That makes her first win this season. Not just that but Spike Jonze got the screenplay prize as well. Alfonso Cuaron as usual won the director award for "Gravity". The actors from "Dallas Buyers Club" won in lead and supporting categories while Brie Larson was awarded the actress prize for her work in "Short Term 12".
