Gotham Awards 2012 Nominations.

                  So the first official award ceremony though a very low key one, Gotham Awards have announced their nominations for 2012. Movies like Moonrise Kingdom, Bernie, Beasts of the Southern Wild, The Master, Middle of Nowhere etc got the nominations in Feature, Ensemble and Breakthrough categories. I personally really hope Moonrise Kingdom gets treated well in this awards season since its my favorite movie of the year so far and its actually great. Smaller movies like Bernie, Safety Not Guaranteed, Your Sister's Sister etc are from the Sundance crowd which i always love. I wish Middle of Nowhere pulls it through and hopeful for its Original Screenplay Oscar nod. Below is the full list:
