Houston Film Critics Society joins one of the many critics groups who have been awarding Argo with best picture prize. I don't know how much of an impact this will have or how much this will effect the Oscars. Is this one of those last minute change when we see a particular Crow Pleaser winning everything (The King's Speech for example) when critics bodies and academy members seems to agree on that one movie that is pure harmless cinematic effort? Only time will tell. Holy Motors won foreign language prize which is superb. Also happy for the deserved Skyfall and Cloud Atlas wins.
