Denver Film Critics Society Awards 2013 Nominations.

Denver Film Critics Society announced their nominees for the year 2012. The buzz for Django Unchained keeps on increasing, it joined Argo and Silver Linings Playbook as the nominees for best picture. Ben Affleck along with Kathryn Bigelow and Paul Thomas Anderson got direction nods. I wonder if the controversy of Zero Dark Thirty is the reason most of the critics groups are avoiding the movie, it was a real deal at the beginning, what happened all of a sudden? Do they really need to give a damn about "the politics of awards" they are critics for a reason. Its nice to see Quvenzhane Wallis get nominated, as well as The Perks of Being a Wallflower and a deserved nod of Score for The Dark Knight Rises.
