Kansas City Film Critics Circle announced their winners. "Birdman" won big time with four wins in categories, picture, lead actor for Michael Keaton, supporting actor for Edward Norton and for its original screenplay. "Boyhood" won two for director Richard Linklater and supporting actress Patricia Arquette. The brilliant Rosamund Pike won her first award of this season for "Gone Girl" which is a big surprise, however the biggest shock would be "Obvious Child" winning adapted screenplay. Good on them.
