Dallas-Fort Worth Film Critics Association Awards 2013

Dallas-Fort Worth Film Critics Association announced their winners for this year. Both "12 Years a Slave" and "Gravity" had a strong showing. They also loved "Dallas Buyers Club" a lot of course as it won for its two actors and was #5 on their top 10 list. Similar picture/director split happened between both the frontrunners. "20 Feet From Stardom" won their documentary award.

Best Supporting Actress: Lupita Nyong'o, 12 Years a Slave

Best Screenplay: 12 Years a Slave

Best Foreign Language Film: Blue is the Warmest Color

Best Animated Film: Frozen

Best Documentary: 20 Feet From Stardom

Best Cinematography: Gravity

Best Musical Score: Gravity

Russell Smith Award: Fruitvale Station
